Returns & Exchanges
At 660’ Apparel, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns for issues like ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.
However, we absolutely stand behind our gear.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or issue a refund.
We believe if we messed up, we fix it.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly replace or refund items that are:
• Damaged in transit
• Printed incorrectly
• Defective
• The wrong item sent
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
No hassle. No drama.
Non-Returnable Situations
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color or design
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
If you need a different size or item, a new order will need to be placed.
